Suitable for: All raw and lye-treated wood indoors. Worktop oil evolution gives all treated surfaces long-lasting protection against dirt and moisture. Suitable for people allergic to cobalt and oxime. Application/processing: - The untreated wooden surface must be clean, dust-free and dry. - Processing temperature from + 18 °C. Wood moisture not above 18%. Air humidity < 60%. - Brush out resinous wood with a suitable cleaner and dry for 12 hours. - Only use on completely dry surfaces. - Oxygen and temperatures above + 18 °C accelerate the drying process. - Drying time 24 hours. Protect from water during this time. - Stir contents well before and during use. - Unused oil can be used undiluted as a care oil. - Important: Solid, glued and veneered wood absorb the oil differently. Color deviations may occur. (Oil test pieces!) Apply Worktop Oil Evolution to the dry wood wet-on-wet with an oil roller or brush and roll until it remains wet-on-wet over the entire surface and the surface no longer absorbs oil. (Takes up to 60 minutes, depending on the wood!) Then massage in any excess oil with a cotton cloth until the entire surface appears completely dry. After 24 hours or more, polish the surface with a cotton cloth. If necessary, apply a second coat in the same way as the first treatment. During the first few hours, a characteristic smell of the natural oils and waxes contained in the product may develop. Ensure adequate ventilation during this time. The long-term effect is significantly improved by protecting the treated worktops in the first few days. Consumption: Approx. 60 ml/m², i.e. 1 liter Worktop Oil Evolution is enough for approx. 15 m² per application, depending on the type of wood and surface (planed or rough sawn). Storage: Cool, but frost-free.
