G² Decking Oil Colorless is a high-quality decking oil for domestic and exotic woods. Thanks to its non-film-forming deep impregnation, it offers excellent protection against weathering. The oil penetrates deep into the wood capillaries, making the surface water- and dirt-repellent as well as weather- and UV-resistant, and largely prevents swelling, cracking, or graying. Once dry, the oil is odorless, resistant to saliva and perspiration, and provides long-term care for your wooden terraces, decks, facades, and garden wood products.

Application

• Preparation – wood must be clean, free of dust and grease, and dry; neutralize grayed wood beforehand
• Application – apply oil thinly and evenly, avoid film formation, remove excess oil
• Initial coat – if possible, apply to all sides before assembly; use wood primer for softwoods
• Drying time – weather-dependent, approx. 12–24 hours
• Aftercare – final treatment with colorless oil extends abrasion protection
• Cleaning – clean brushes and tools immediately after use with thinner or mineral spirits
