Precise & versatile

Bona Mix & Fill is a waterborne joint filler solution for mixing with sanding dust. It is suitable for filling joints and small defects in parquet and wooden floors. The wood dust creates a natural color match that is ideal for further processing.

  • Joints & cracks up to approx. 1.5 mm wide

Processing

  • Mixing – stir with fine sanding dust to create a spreadable paste
  • Application – apply over the entire surface with a stainless steel trowel
  • Drying – approx. 20 minutes, for larger joints possibly overnight
  • Finishing – sand the dry surface, then continue with sealing

To apply wood oil or wax, we recommend that you first clean and sand the surface thoroughly. Then apply the oil or wax evenly with a brush or cloth and allow it to absorb. Excess material should be wiped off. Detailed instructions can be found in the respective product descriptions.

Are your products environmentally friendly?

On the respective product pages, you will find specific information for each individual product, such as its composition (e.g., oils based on linseed oil and other vegetable oils), solvent-free formulations, or the EMICODE EC1 (“very low emission”) classification from the GEV. Which of these features apply varies from product to product and is indicated individually there.

The frequency of maintenance depends on usage and weather conditions. As a rule, we recommend cleaning and re-oiling wooden decks and furniture at least once a year to keep them in top condition.

For stubborn stains or discoloration, we offer special cleaning and care products, such as tannin stain removers and intensive cleaners. These products are specially formulated to remove even the most difficult stains.

Can I use your products on other materials?

How long does it take for the products to dry?

Drying time varies depending on the product and ambient temperature. As a rule, wood oils and waxes require several hours to a full day to dry completely. For more detailed information, please refer to the respective product instructions.
