SIHGA DielenFix DF in stainless steel A2

is the professional way to attach terraces without visible screws.
300 pieces / PU sufficient for 10 m² including stainless steel screws

The screws supplied are suitable for wood and aluminum substructures.

Advantages:

  • no screws visible in the surface
  • constructive wood protection
  • Material stainless steel A2
  • good ventilation of the terrace boards
  • Joint width freely selectable
  • Easy assembly
  • With 8 mm gap, decking boards can be replaced later
  • Especially suitable for hardwoods such as: Bankirai, Massaranduba, Ipe, Garapa, Teak etc.
  • It is essential for the durability of terraces that the decking boards (covering) are not damaged either on the top or on the side edges; the Sihga DielenFix fulfills precisely these important requirements.
Its construction height of six millimeters ensures perfect structural wood protection for the substructure and guarantees an optimally ventilated terrace, an essential criterion for the service life of terraces.

The Sihga DielenFix compensates for the natural shrinkage and swelling of the decking boards by up to 15 mm per board. Individual decking boards can also be replaced later (with a joint spacing of 8 mm).

The visible joint between the decking boards can be selected variably from 0 - 15 mm, but should never be less than 6% of the board width for reasons of structural wood protection.
The assembly can be largely prefabricated and is carried out quickly and easily without any additional accessories using the integrated assembly stop and the self-drilling stainless steel screws and the appropriate bit included in every SIHGA system packaging.

Consumption per m² approx. 30 pieces, calculated with a plank width of 140 mm and 8 mm joint.

TIP : Our terrace clamp is best suited for clamping the terrace boards.
